From May 2024, the UK Government granted extended Permitted Development Rights (PDR) for English farmers. A 2024 survey by NFU Mutual has found that 34% of UK farmers have already diversified their farms, with many more considering it over the coming years. With many Brits continuing their love of Staycation, there has been increased demand for campsites across the country. Many holidaymakers want to stay on a farm to ‘get in touch with nature’ and enjoy the remote locations. Those that are ‘off-grid’ offer an enhanced ‘detox’ appeal for many wishing to pause social media addictions and focus on family or couple time. Campsites and glamping offer farmers additional revenue streams at a time when traditional farming has become a more precarious living.

Choose from eight designs or design your own
Existing or new customers can choose from eight leading toilet and shower design templates: Anker, Avon, Blythe, Clyde, Eden, Severn, Tame and Tweed.
The Anker portable unisex shower and toilet block for example, comes with a sink, toilet and shower with heated towel rails and coat hooks for added convenience. Many campers have long got used to not having hooks provided and carry portable hooks with suction pads, as a result, so these showers will be a treat for many in the community!
The Severn provides a direct access shower and toilet block: each room has a toilet, sink (with mirror) and thermostatic shower with plenty of room for changing. Perfect for luxurious, deluxe campsites or holiday homes, adding a five-star showering and toileting facility.
One of the bestsellers is the Tame model: split cubicle style shower and toilet combination, with urinals for the gentlemen.
