We are delighted to announce that planning is granted, contracts signed, and work has started on the Halfway House in Sunderland transforming a disused pub into a positive facility. Bright Ideas is the contractor working on the building creating a supported housing scheme. We are delighted to be given the opportunity to show our construction skills and adaptability. A refurbishment like this is always a challenge and we are committed to producing a quality product, to budget within time and to an excellent quality.
The construction team is multi-disciplined, dealing with all the challenges associated with transforming a Victorian building, into a warmer, low carbon, more useful supported housing scheme. We will be using low carbon air source heating working within a structure externally insulated with a top of the range external insulation system. The place will look brilliant and be transformed entirely. It will become a real asset for the city and its residents.
If you wish to know more about this scheme or think that this approach might help a situation or client group, you are dealing with then please contact Martin Hawthorne for a confidential chat on: 07714 412689 or visit: brightideasdevelopment.co.uk
