The future is yellow

Direct Hoist and Electroelsa recently exhibited at the two-day Vertical Days show, held at Newark Showground. The show, dedicated to exhibiting lifting and working at height equipment, boasted over 330 companies and brands, on 140 stands, with a huge array of impressive machinery on demonstration.

Electroelsa and its UK distributor, Direct Hoist showcased a wide selection of their equipment for visitors to examine, including new models. On display was a PM-M56 transport platform with a 5,000kg lifting capacity, up to 250 metre working height and six different platform sizes and many configurations. The P46 mast climber, which has a working platform of up to 34 metres and up to 220 metre working height. PM-M23 with 2,300kg capacity and five interchangeable cages, up to 220 metre working height. PM-M10, 4 cage options, 1,000kg capacity, working height up to 220 metre working height depending on the mast type selected. They also demonstrated Electroelsa’s new safety feature, missing bolts presence – which detects missing mast bolts during assembly.

Electroelsa, an Italian manufacturer of mast-climbing work platforms (MCWPs), transport platforms, material hoists and construction hoists, along with Direct Hoist, as their UK distributor, had a wide selection of their equipment available for visitors to view. Visitors to the stand could see design and safety implementations that have been made based on user experience, proving the firm’s willingness to meet customers’ needs.

Rob says, “Electroelsa is implementing a wide range of technological innovations, which we’re excited to introduce to the British construction industry.”

Electroelsa is a market-leader in safety, and benefits from high-tech computer control, including SIM technology with data-logging; it features a self-diagnostic function to remotely relate to Direct Hoist any problems, wherever it is in the world.
